The project was categorized under the good governance concept. The aim was to help the Ministry handle the hundreds of thousands of permits and procedures processed annually. User friendly brochures and posters were prepared and made available to the public in all of the Ministry’s offices all over Lebanon. A website was also formed as well to make an electronic copy of each brochure permanently available
