The following brochures were prepared to facilitate the interaction between the public and the Ministry. Each brochure will provide the citizens with a document that will give them an overview of what is needed to finalize a certain procedure, how much does it cost and how long it will take as well as its path. Another mechanism for receiving claims was also devised. Thousands of these brochures were printed and disseminated for free to the public. An electronic version is still present on the Ministry’s website.
