National Social Security Fund (NSSF)
It is an independent social institution that aims at providing insurance and retirement services for its members. By law, every employee working in Lebanon should be registered at the NSSF.
Currently NSSF has around 450,000 members with 33 offices nationwide. It is widely known in Lebanon that nobody goes to the NSSF offices for a certain service and knows exactly what documents to bring and what procedures to follow.
CDP is developing, with the help of the NSSF, a brochure that exposes and facilitates the procedures by showing the correct documents to present, eligibility, correct course, money due and money entitled etc…
These information will be disseminated to the public on the entrances of the offices and through the website as well as through displaying posters on these entrances for more exposition.
